What is dangerous to my pets/children?
During our visit we will provide detailed instructions which will keep you, and your Children and Pets safe. Baiting for Rodents is the most dangerous and requires communication with anyone who lives at the property.
What is a "re-entry interval"?
The re-entry interval (REI) (also known as restricted entry interval or re-entry time) is the minimum amount of time that must pass between the time a pesticide was applied to an area or crop and the time that people can go into that area without protective clothing and equipment.

Waiver of Liability Form for Customer
I, the Customer, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of this Waiver of Liability once this job has been electronically or verbally approved it instantly becomes an agreement.
1. Nature of Services: I understand that I am engaging in an agreement with Proper Crop for providing services. The scope of services to be provided will be specified through service details on the website.
2. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that the services I use from Proper Crop involve certain risks and hazards. I assume all risks associated with the performance of Proper Crop’s services, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, property damage, and any other risks inherent in the nature of the work to be performed.
3. Release and Indemnification: In consideration I hereby release, Proper Crop and hold harmless Proper Crop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages of any kind that may arise out of or in connection with my provision of services.
4. Compliance with Laws: Proper Crop agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while performing services Proper Crop will obtain and maintain any required licenses, permits, or certifications necessary for the provision of the services.
I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this Waiver of Liability Form. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering into this agreement with Proper Crop and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
